Malmstrom AFB, MT - In Processing

Soldiers reporting for in-processing must check in at the 24-hour arrival point, the Malmstrom Inn. The staff will help individuals contact your sponsors and set up temporary lodging if necessary. During regular duty hours, soldiers should report to the Malmstrom Inn in Building 1680, and reservations can be made at the Inn up to 30 days in advance. Newly arrived personnel should report to Building 1191, Room 103 to be in-processed. Be sure and bring all medical and dental records, several copies of your orders and your unit Personnel Record Group. Once in-processing has begun, soldiers will be sent to the Finance Services Office in Building 1191 for any necessary financial reimbursements.
